Service is hit or miss. I have had yummy drinks, while other times, I have had an unripe banana in my oatmeal... really gross. Also I have had lukewarm not hot drinks, rotten eggs... yeah...
However, not the best place to come if you want to use their internet. Very annoying to connect. Each person gets their own WiFi password which I have to get from the counter. I got blocked out for 20 min because I shared the password with a friend and made too many attempts to connect.
The service and quality can be better. Food is overpriced and they do not even make the stuff on the premises. It has an organic brand, I wonder, however why the quality is not the greatest?
Cozy and warm. Usually not that crowded. Great place to study.
Recently, the system was down and the waiter struggled to give back change. I felt terrible that a manager was not there to help him. Also, he was clueless about the price and overcharged me and others. To top it all, i had planned to get some work done, and after waiting for such a long time, dealing with the unassisted waiter, the wifi was not working.
Good healthy tasty food. Cozy atmosphere. pricey.
