I wanted very much to like this place—most reviews online were very positive. It seemed like they knew what they were doing.
After visiting 5 different dealerships and getting the runner around, these guys at Beverly Hills Auto Group by far gave me the best deal on the cleanest car. Every place I went to had hidden dealer fees in the thousands, it made me feel like they were all bait and switch. It was a blessing I found a transparent dealership with no hidden agendas with these guys. Cherry picked vehicles, family owned and operated, transparency, great price, what more can one ask for!!!!!!!!
I would highly recommend, one of the best customer service with personalized attention. Me and my family was helped by Alex the sales person who is the nicest sale person I have encountered, been to lots of places and never got such attention. They will walk you through the whole process and guide with your best options. Responsible and direct services all the way .
Finally, we get down to it, and the salesman will not let me test drive the car until I make him a "final price" offer. We were within $1500 of an agreed price, but I wasn't going to give him a firm offer until I'd been able to drive the vehicle. Seems reasonable, right? Apparently not at Beverly.
Best dealership I have ever been to. I had been looking for a nice used ride for a considere time until a friend of mine recommended me Beverly Hills. Went there and I found what I was looking for immediately (Lexus IS250). The car was in a perfect condition and exactly how I wanted it. Ron was a very professional, respectful, and friendly salesman who guided me through the all process and got me approved for the best rates depending on my credit history and downpayment at that time. I ended up taking the car with me the same day. I highly recommend this place and also look for Ron.

After speaking with a salesman, who seemed very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone, I came in to Beverly Hills Auto Group from NJ during rush hour to drive a car.
Went in to buy a used Audi. Car was in great condition. Representative Nader was amazing. He gave me a great price along with help me obtain an unbelievable APR for financing. Very helpful and transparent. I'm lucky I stumbled across this place. I would recommend for anyone in the market for a great car buy. Thank you Nader!!
My only concern with the vehicle I was looking at was that it was nearly 10 years old and only had 2800 miles on it. That sounds great, right? Except rubber ages, even if the car isn't driven. Not a showstopper by any means, but something that needs to be ascertained. The salesman disagreed with this common car shopping wisdom.
