1st time using their services and would definitely use again (if necessary). I love the seamless results of the body work and how they pay attention to detail, specifically matching the paint and clear coat. I know that's what is supposed to be done but some places take shortcuts with low quality paint and whatever coat they have already in stock. The detailing results, inside and out is better than what I sometimes receive when I pay at other venues. The owner (pleasant and humourous) and staff are very courteous, attentive and patient. Their call center is also very efficient in handling calls in a timely manner. The bodywork, customer service and detailing were all 5 stars. I rate the duration 4 stars only because I'm spoiled and don't like waiting more than 7 days but it's around the holiday time and they were very busy.
My car was badly damaged in a car accident, the front passenger side got the worst of it and it couldn't move. Casino towed the car to their shop and after sorting stuff out with my insurance company got to work. I was completely blown away when I saw my car after the repairs!!! It looked BRAND NEW
Went there with a minor issue (plastic bumper cover dented). I had no prior appointment. They promptly fixed the problem on the spot, perfectly, and sent me on my way.
